Edward was knowledgeable and extremely helpful . Unfortunately I pulled out of the sale due to issues he spotted but that saved me a potential pitfall in future. Edward called me and explained in detail as well. as providing a full report. Was reassuring to have an experienced mechanic and Audi specialist inspect the car before I parted with my money.
Will definitely be usijg click mechanic again when looking to purchase a car.

Edd was great. Very accommodating with time and explained the report very thoroughly. Would definitely recommend him.
Prior to this Edd held the title of being ranked the Number 1 mechanic in the UK & Ireland for 3 years according to the LOTM. He won the National contest and was crowned number 1 in the 2021, 2022 and 2023 Contests, in each case after competing over the course of 5 months against mechanics from across the UK and Republic of Ireland. Edward is the only person ever to achieve the ‘hat trick’ worldwide (the contest is held in 38 countries globally) as announced live on BBC Radio 2. Having achieved the record Edward retired from the contest undefeated before going on to win his current title European 'Auto Mechanik of the year'. The interview on the BBC can be seen here:

Edward is a third generation car mechanic who has always been a car enthusiast from a very young age. He began his professional career in the motor trade as an apprentice technician at Volkswagen. He gained a wealth of experience, mainly at a VW main dealer, but with time spent in the VW commercial workshop as well the Seat & Skoda workshops. He also spent 2 years as a specialist patrol for the AA dealing with breakdowns on all manner of vehicle from mopeds to HGV.
Edd works as a Consultant on an International level trouble shooting complex faults for garages mostly across the United Kingdom but his reputation has spread further afield and has also been called out to jobs as far away as Ireland, Italy and Switzerland.
