Mohammed was great! He stayed in touch throughout, even after multiple difficulties arranging suitable times and places to perform the inspection. I got a call right after he'd finished and he ran me through his findings in detail. He's a friendly guy and I certainly got the impression he enjoys what he does and that he's more than competent.
