Mohammed was an absolute star! After I'd spoken to him on the phone re his report there were a few things I'd forgotten to ask about or hadn't fully grasped, so I texted him (twice!) and he responded quickly, even though he'd technically finished the job! He went above and beyond to be helpful.
He was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and thoroughly professional - an asset to your company. I'll definitely be calling ClickMechanic again for any work I need on my next car.

Mohamed did a great job, on time, kept me informed, and was flexible on the job. The seller had a minor bump the morning Mohamed was doing the inpection, and he included comments on the report.

He even phoned me late evening in his own time to check I was happy with his report.

Not good. i will never bother with them again. Quoted a price and fixed a date, mechanic called on the day he couldn't get the parts. To service a 3 series BMW, a common car? he could however get the parts at BMW but he didn't have an account there and couldn't get a discount, so didn't want to do the job. Poor service or what.
