Mohamed did a great job, on time, kept me informed, and was flexible on the job. The seller had a minor bump the morning Mohamed was doing the inpection, and he included comments on the report.

He even phoned me late evening in his own time to check I was happy with his report.

Not good. i will never bother with them again. Quoted a price and fixed a date, mechanic called on the day he couldn't get the parts. To service a 3 series BMW, a common car? he could however get the parts at BMW but he didn't have an account there and couldn't get a discount, so didn't want to do the job. Poor service or what.

Mohammad was friendly and flexible. He carried out the work and called back to explain the work breakdown.

I’m the main Im happy. And the service was very good however a couple of minor issues and one significant one which has resulted in me wasting money. Simply because on of the tyres is fitted the wrong way around. This has only been identified today and the outside of the tyre is clearly marked as “Inside”. Very poor this wasn’t noticed and a costly oversight. I’ve taken pictures but can’t upload to this review site. I’d appreciate being contacted to discuss this further and for you to compensate this costly error.
