Mo was fab. Great communication from a distance as I was 150 miles away. Spent time talking to me over the phone twice and this was really reassuring - felt unhurried and thorough.

Booked Mohammed for a pre-purchase inspection as I was cautious of the dealers reviews. The dealer informed me he was punctual and an honest guy. Unfortunately the vehicle had several issues and it was useful to speak to Mohammed about what he thought. Unfortunately the dealer wasn't willing to negotiate so I decided not to buy the vehicle, probably saving me a good chunk of monies and a headache. I've already booked Mohammed to check out another vehicle from a private seller who seems to have taken better care of it. Fingers crossed.

Mo was absolute quality from start to finish. I booked him in for a Pre Purchase inspection at 19:00 on Thursday night, he responded within minutes and confirmed. I then changed the time of the inspection at the last minute and he attended at 10am the next day. Communication was amazing and I can't thank him enough. I ended up not buying the car based on the detailed report I received less than an hour after finishing the survey. Will not hesitate to use again. Excellent work Mo.

The service was excellent. I was kept informed at all stages. The inspection and report were actioned in a timely manner. The report was detailed and flagged up a number of issues that I was then able to get the garage to fix.
