I was not present at the inspection, but by the report and chatting to the very friendly mechanic (Mohammed) during the report, it was extremely thorough. I was very pleased I took the time to get this done. I am not sure whether or not I will be purchasing the vehicle as I am still in negotiation, but I am sure from this, that I will be saving money, even if it goes through. One small criticism, is that I understand that a cheap version of OBD reader used, which could not properly read the fault codes, I know with this type of vehicle unless correctly paired this can be an issue. So although I have been made aware of the faults Mohammed was not able to "pinpoint" the root of the issues. Very pleased overall, I will definitely use again when required. Read more

Carried out a good inspection and done what I had paid for. unfortunately although stated on the site as the premium inspection is the most thorough you can get if there is any additional checks you would like you just need to request them. I asked for the touchscreen and functions to be checked and drive assist functions which were in some way included in the check list but as I didn't get to check this properly I thought I'd add this in there. After speaking to the seller I was told the mechanic had been complaining to the seller that he has never had anyone ask for additional checks and I was being fussy in asking for this which I was very disappointed to hear. I only felt it was okay to ask for a few extra things as it is advised on the site if you wish to do so. For this reason I'm not sure I would use this same company again or would opt for a different mechanic if mohammed was assigned. Read more
