Mohammed was great. Very knowledgeable and took the time prior to ensure I would understand everything on his report.

Very happy with the service. It was critical to me to have the inspection carried out at short notice as the supplying dealer would only allow a holding deposit on the car for 48 hours and though I’m and RAC member, they are typically taking a week to schedule them. It was also very useful to be able to contact the mechanic directly in advance of the inspection, something that RAC do not allow from my experience. Pleased with the report, very thorough.

MO did a thorough pre-inspection of the car, a VW Golf, and provided a detailed report on faults found. As well as putting everything down on paper, he also went through the problems found over the phone, and patiently explained to a non-mechanic what the problems related to. Helped tremendously in making the final decision. Worth the money for peace of mind!
