Booking was 12-2 my mechanic came at 2:03. He diagnosed the issue of a check light but said he brought nothing to fix it he was just doing diagnostic. He said when he got to the office he would send me a quote for the work needed which he never did. I went elsewhere

Amazing service, first time used Brooklyn automotive, mechanic arrived within the time slot with friendly approach. Even tho was late afternoon, still managed to change the break discs and pads with all tyres and delivered after their closing time. Really happy with their service, paid what I was quoted. Definitely would use their service in the future.

Mazda Mazda2 Engine oil & filter replacement

I really appreciate your service and the work done on my car. However, I am concerned about the specific engine oil that was used. After checking the vehicle's manual and consulting with automotive parts stores, I found out that the LLP 0W-20 oil does not meet the required ILSAC GF-5/GF-6 specifications for my Mazda 2. While I value your labor, I am worried this specific oil won't provide the optimal performance and durability my engine needs. Could we discuss correcting this?
