A bit more pro-active communication regarding pick-up and drop-off would have been appreciated, I had to do all the chasing. The person I met was pleasant, and I assume the work has been done well - no more excessive break squeaking.

Smart fortwo Brake pads replacement - front (all)

Booked through ClickMechanic to have my brake pads changed. The car was collected in the morning and returned in the afternoon, which was very convenient. The work so far seems to be good, and the whole process was smooth and hassle-free. Would use them again.

Not recommended AT ALL! Cheapest oil used, charged 170£ for oil that cost 70. Oil stain left on driveway. TERRIBLE SERVICE!

We would like to clarify that we do not use cheap oil. We exclusively use Petronas and Shell Helix Ultra C2 C3 oils, which come in 200-litre barrels. As your job was completed as a mobile mechanic service and required 11.5 litres for your van, the oil was provided from one of our large containers for practicality.

If there had been any concern at the time, you could have raised it before we proceeded. We would have gladly shown you proof of the oil used or halted the work if requested. As no such concern was expressed during the service, the work was completed as agreed.
