Using click mechanic worked really well for me. I needed urgent repairs for a dent, a mot check and a service and couldn’t get anything at all in the Belfast area. Booked for a service via click mechanic and a my Job was accepted. Mechanic came collected my car, completed service, put my car through mot and repaired a dent. I was sent photos of replacement parts with prices, I was sent photos of in progress repairs. I was charged reasonable prices and had my car back within four days worth every penny I spent. Car is running really well now.

Chris was excellent. Polite, friendly, punctual and knowledgable. Informed me that he was waiting on the part and as soon as he had it he let me know. Job was done to a very high standard at a time that suited me.

Yes he was friendly and kept me up to date on progress of the repair. Only problem car was lifted on Monday rather than Sunday
