The 2 lads turned after they cancelled the 1st appointment 2 days earlier. This is the 1st time using a mobile mechanic and it will be the last. I watched them from one of the windows they didn't change the oil they poured some oil from a large bottle into the tray and said they had changed the oil which they didn't.I saw them change the filters but didn't see them change the spark plug. So don't know for sure if they were changed. So all in all I won't be using this site again after this experience.

We would like to clarify that the spark plugs were replaced, and we have a video showing the replacement as evidence. Regarding the engine oil, we did carry out the oil change correctly. Unfortunately, we do not have a video of the oil being drained because it was drained from underneath the vehicle in the normal manner before the new oil was added.
If you would like to verify that the oil is new, you can simply check the condition of the oil on the engine dipstick, as fresh oil is clearly distinguishable.
We always aim to provide an honest and professional service, and we’re disappointed that our work has been questioned despite the service being completed.

Mechanic was friendly and helpful. Called the day before and the morning of the service. Was due between 10am-12pm and arrived just after 12pm. English not always very clear but did work to a good standard. Would have liked a proper debrief after the service concluded, only had a brief chat.
