When the mechanic arrived (6 hours later than originally scheduled) the work appears to have been completed (albeit in the freezing cold and dark) satisfactorily . Appreciate family matters come first and would consider other work (clutch replacement on this occasion) such as MOT and/orservice as prices more than competitive

My Renault failed MOT and price quoted by another company was close to £500. Click mechanic gave me a more than fair quote to fix what was needed. Was really impressed with the mechanic and the job he did. I have used click mechanic before and I will continue to use in the future. thanks

Not impressed my log book had black marks all over it, time keeping was poor. I’m not sure I would use the service again.

Great guys - very quick and good communication. They had to abandon work on the first day as the weather was atrocious but made the car roadworthy and came back a couple of days later so no problem there! Would definitely recommend

Ben was friendly and happy to answer any questions. Work was carried out efficiently and all done at home.

Anthony was great. Turned up as planned and got on with it efficiently. Only drag was that he was given the wrong size brakes on the first visit - suppliers fault, not his - so we had to reschedule. Not an issue as I had a less ‘travelly’ week than usual and I thought it was good he didn’t seem to be too fed up with having to make two trips etc.

I had a full service followed by front brake discs repair from Expert Motors (Andrew). The communication was on spot all the times. Its been 2 days since the repair has been done, brakes are working fine so far.

With respect to the full service, I had expected more detailed checks and some more cleanup.
The mechanic said he has noticed coolant leak, but when i asked about where its happening, there was no pressure checking tool with him because of the way the garage operates. I was asked to book separate diagnosis package to identify the problem. If it was big issue i understand it should be a separate thing, but for minor things I had expected it to be covered in full service.

Lastly, the service stamp could have been clearer to see than what it is.
