The mechanic was friendly,efficient,articulate and appears to be knowledgable.
The online booking system went wrong as i booked for a mechanic for 27 may,i didnt receive a confirmation email or phone call to cancel,I had to contact yourselves to see what was going on.That could have put me off,but because the guy was so polite,i feel that it was just unfortunately just a one off error,and he did what he could to help.
