The mechanic was friendly but hard to understand and felt he couldn't understand me because he rang late and said he was outside my property but he wasn't because I was standing next to my vehicle. I was close at turning him away because I began to think could he be messing around or is it the language barrier. Once he found me I made sure he knew what he was doing and he seemed to be in order.

Everything was great aside from not getting much feedback about the job other than a stamped and dated log book. Would be great if they can provide me with a receipt for the full service and MOT for tax purposes.

Regarding the receipt, as your booking and payment were made through ClickMechanic, they automatically generate and email the invoice/receipt for your service and MOT. Unfortunately, I can’t issue a separate invoice because everything is processed through their system.
If you can’t find the invoice, I’d be happy to help you locate it or you can contact ClickMechanic support and they’ll resend it.
