Little or no communication apart from that, service was excellent. The car was collected, sorted, and delivered back. However, I only knew it was finished when I got the bill through my email. People really need to communicate more if they're going to keep customers informed. Otherwise, good service.

During the recent hot weather, demand for A/C regas services increased significantly, with many customers looking for quick appointments and priority service. As a result, our team was extremely busy handling a high volume of calls and bookings while doing our best to help everyone as quickly as possible.
To ensure we kept all customers moving, we even used temporary staff to assist with vehicle collections and deliveries. We were pleased to collect, complete the work, and return your vehicle on time, but we acknowledge that we should have communicated more clearly when the work was finished.
