Mechanic was friendly. But price increased 50% without communication in advance despite quote from site. Person delivering it said he used mote expensive parts. This should have been made clear. But great work

MOT & Service (Major) was booked for collecting the car between 0800-1000hrs today. The mechanic arrived at 0840hrs and collected the car which was very much appreciated as it meant we would get the car back early.
All the requested work was carried out and the mechanic kept me informed of progress.
They returned the car as soon as the work was completed and pleased to hear no issues with the MOT.

Absolutely dire.turned up in a taxi 2 half hours late had a jack with them but asked if I had a 17 mm spanner lol. Was meant to get back to me for a quote to do the repair .didn't get a call .
