Great service, picked car up and returned in same afternoon, kept me updated on arrival times and works.

I don’t know how well the work was done I am disappointed that I didn’t have the opportunity to agree to the ‘critical’ additional work while my car was still at the garage. I hope I can easily book it in and that it is only the weekend that is causing me difficulty.

Chris was friendly and polite at all times. The car was collected earlier than the arranged date meaning that work could go ahead straight away. There was a small issue which did take longer to resolve that I had hoped due to Chris's workload. It did result in me having to keep contacting him but it is now resolved.

Very helpful and explained the work needed. car was picked up as per agreed time and was back before the end of the day.

I think it was Andy who came out to do the starter motor on my van. Absolutely lovely guy really punctual in fact he was early, really polite and made me feel at ease. I hoped my van was is safe hand and she was, Andy finished the job really quickly with no problems at all, I wouldn’t hesitate to use him and the company again. Thankyou so much

Happy with all aspects, just one small issue, wasn't expecting my car to be driven away from site, expected the work to be carried out on site - maybe this could've been communicated? Thanks.
