Very pleased with Zak's inspection report, he was very friendly and efficient and it helped us to make the decision to buy the car which we're delighted with.

Zak was punctual and informative about the inspection on the vehicle. It resulted in our not buying the vehicle due to finding it was an accident damage repair (and not disclosed to us by the dealership Junction 17 Cars based in Nottingham) along with some other faults and some poorly carried out paintwork on the car. The car had received a service carried out by this dealership and was supplied with a new MOT and warranty.

Sak arrived on time, he was very propessional in his approach to the job. He showed me a problem wirh the rear brake caliper, gave me a price for replacement, and returned next day to fit, in heavy rain.
