Andrew was a really nice guy and carried out the work needed thoroughly in very cold conditions. He arrived when he said he would and carried out checks when the work was completed.

(Communication with Click Mechanic to confirm the visit initially was a bit hit and miss as a technician was not easily found at the right time.)

Took a while to identify the problem but I was talked through the different steps throughout the process. Car had to be took to the garage in the end so met a few members of the team and everyone was friendly and helpful

Ordered wrong part double the cost of original quote
Car ended breaking down on way home battery light stayed on there excuse was because the battery was so dead
Don't know what they did to my car but when I drove the car to the garage was running fine apart from the battery
When returning broke down 3 times in the end had to call the AA
NOW NEED A NEW ENGINE AT THE COST OF £2500
I would not recommend this garage to anyone
All the owner said can you get breakdown to recover you!
