Very happy with the diagnostic. However see below comments very disappointed with your lack of feedback.

Hi and thanks for the feedback, I believe that the review does not reflect what we were actually booked for though. We are instructed to simply diagnose what the issue is that was causing the fault and provide an explanation and a quote to repair which we did the the letter as always. As for communication, what is it we did not communicate? We sent over a quote with an explanation as to why that was required. The ClickMechanic system picks your vehicle up as a 1.6 Mini when it’s in fact a Cooper S, the procedure differs from the standard Mini as does the part cost unfortunately which is why when you try it online it’s lower. This was explained to ClickMechanic yesterday so I’m sorry if they have not explained things clearly but this review should be for the work we carried out which was exactly what was requested. Grant arrived, cracked on and job was completed cheerfully and with no fuss. I was advised that anti- rattle spring was missing and to be cautious with the new brakes until they bed in. Hopefully Grant will be in touch shortly to do the spring for me. Great service and price. You can’t really go wrong 👍

Grant was on time, but because I didn’t have a locking but key, he only tried a few times to get them off. He did say that he would be back when I contact him later on in the day, he wouldn’t answer his phone but charged me a call out fee

The booking was for discs and pads and was some 4 days before arrival, you did not communicate to us in that time that you did not have a locking wheel but key even though you knew it was missing. Upon arriving at the booking it was just expected of us to be able to remove these but we were unable to as we did not have anything to remove this style of locking nut. I did state that I would call back if I was able to but we had other bookings to attend and the mobile number supplied on the booking did not contact the work number once that day. Had we have been informed in advance your problem we may have been equipped more appropriately to deal with it.

SEAT Ibiza Carried out mobile job to repair MOT failure work

My car failed the yearly inspection on account of a D.I.Y. suspension job by a previous owner. Grant called me up the night before to get information about the job. It wasn't exactly straightforward but he came in the rain and worked on the car which an hour later passed the M.o.T. Much less fuss than the local garages and far more polite.
