We threw Grant a curve-ball on the morning of the appointment, which he sorted out. The actual work was for the replacement of rear discs and pads on a Mokka - no drama, was completed quickly and efficiently.

Grant replaced my brake pads and discs and I cannot recommend him enough. He was excellent at communicating what needed to be done, was extremely thorough and worked very efficiently. On top of that, he was totally personable too. The car is now working great and I've got all the confidence I need that the job has been done right. Top notch!

Grant the mechanic that came out was polite, and had plenty of people skills. He changed my battery and alternator for my van that was off the road for 2 days. Grant changed them both in the quickest time ever - reallly surprised me.

Grant was good and communicated well through an odd situation. ClickMechanic obviously a new concept to most people, and so when Grant went to inspect the car the guy thought he was getting scammed as no van markings or proof of id provided, also proof of mechanics insurance for road test seems like a good idea to avoid these situations in the future as well as more people becoming aware of the service.

All in all though Grant did a great job and actually upgraded my inspection in good will, so top marks.
