The work was quick and efficient. However for it being one of my first times using the service communication was poor, I was blindsided at different stages for different prices only told by his associates. Plus, he didn’t even send me an invoice that I requested.

First time ever used clickmechanic and overall was an positive experience after my initial hesitation. Never met Brian but spoke to him online and the phone. Car was collected & dropped off by different people. But work was carried out as instructed. My Jag XF engine sounds much healthier compared to before the timing chain replacement. Brian did send pictures of the work being carried out on request. I would use clickmechanic again as it was much more cost effective then the quotes i got from some private garages.

Brian came to change the cambelt and water pump on my Ford Ecosport. He was very professional and thorough, and the communication was excellent. Brian arrived bright and early and on time. On my Audi TTS he replaced the cam belt, water pump and coolant. He also performed an oil change and replaced the plastic front baffle that had become torn. Very polite man, explained what he needed to do and showed me the parts. Work was completed without fuss and sooner than I expected. Car sounds great again, test drive shows all is well. Happy to-recommend Brian to other customers 100%.

The mechanic is friendly but I am still getting a gear warning sign on my dashboard up till now after changing the clutch, I wasn't given the old clutch that was replaced.

Work completed quicker than expected. Called to say he was available sooner, which worked great for me!
