Great communication, proactively took the time to fully understand my needs, and went through everything in detail after the inspection. Really set my mind at rest about purchasing the vehicle.

Jason arrived very quickly and was able to diagnose the issue. Explained what was needed and went off to pick up the part needed to fix the issue. All back up and running within a couple of hours. Good communication too.

Jason provided a full service on my Hybrid Passat. During conversations about the job I mentioned there were some diagnostics needed. Jason made time to address these also. All jobs were actioned perfectly, service was completed and book stamped. Diagnostics were actioned and solved. Jason is obviously a very knowledgeable mechanic.
