Jay was on time and very friendly. He explained what he would be doing; a service and then take the car for MOT. The service was quickly and efficiently carried out and then the car was MOT'd and passed. I'm very happy with the work done and very pleased with my interaction with Jay, who as mentioned was very friendly and knowledgeable.
