I was on desperate need of work, I booked at around 4pm on a Friday, the booking was confirmed by about 7pm with the mechanic due the next morning Saturday between 8-10am, he arrived 8:45 and just got straight on with it. Halfway through he was faced with the challenge of a particularly stubborn bolt this didn't stop him and he worked and worked till it was done where I feel others would have quit. He took his time to show me everything he was doing, the parts he was putting in and the broken parts he was replacing. He gave me some great advice on coolant to get in the future and when he finished his work he tested and re-tested to make sure the work was done and done well. I gather that the cambelt had snapped, as he mentioned this to my wife. However, I have not received any communication or report from him, so not impressed at the moment

Alin sourced the fuel pump with little inventory in the usual suppliers, he then arrived on time as he communicated and replaced the pump on my drive and communicated effectively and clearly at every stage.
