Jermaine was very friendly & polite. Rang before he set off to let me know how long he would be.
Very tougher spent time double checking things and explained everything so I could understand what he had done and said to get in touch with any issues

Jermaine was great and very helpful and good communication too. Easy to get on with him and more knowlegable than expected. The problem initially looked promising by starting and remaining for a while but as we both thought possible that a new battery may be needed but sadly lost the charge overnight. Following the initial booking I received his contact number and able to expand more why the battery may need more than just a jump start and that's what I needed to know but still agreed to see what he could do and he did. Also text'd afterwards to check on progress. Would recommend.

Oh yes well informed by jermain. Knows what he's doing and clean worker.... definitely use again if I had any issues with my car
