Professional work and did exactly what was needed. Fixed all issues that needed sorting.

Unfortunately Jermaine was unable to find the issue to get my car going but I couldn’t fault him for trying ,he was at it for hours and was extremely gutted that he wasn’t able to help,he was a lovely guy and talked me through everything he had tried

After a morning of stress trying to find someone who didn't treat my repair like a huge inconvenience, booking Jermaine was a massive relief.

He was the definition of professional: called with an ETA, arrived on time, and was incredibly easy to talk to. He managed the perfect balance of being down-to-earth and friendly (chatting nicely with my dad and neighbour) while being focused enough to just get on with the work so I could leave him to it without hovering.

He took the time to investigate the issue properly rather than rushing a fix, did thorough checks to ensure it was actually gone, and explained everything clearly afterwards so I knew exactly what was what. He left the car and area spotless, too.

Jermaine, did an excellent job. In replacing my water pump, very polite and with a positive attitude Evan working in the rain. Unfortunately it turns out that this wasn’t the cause of the coolant leek. But this was an error from the previous garage that made the diagnoses . Im incredibly grateful that Jermaine going above and beyond to helped me find the true root of the problem and sending me images to help me in future. He has also scheduled me to fix the leek later in the week.
Highly commemorate this man’s efforts.
