However, I was not happy with how their central office managed the job...
4 hours late to the booking window with no communication to inform me that they would be late (only once I contacted them was I given a timeline)

Hi Shash, I'm sorry to hear this. It is the technicians job to message the night before with an ETA and then to keep you updated throughout the day. Unfortunately myself in the office didn't know about you not being kept updated until you contacted us. This has been raised with the technician and in future will hopefully not happen again.

5 stars from me, good communication, gave the car a quick check over and told me I needed 2 front tyres, (bearing in mind I'd just had it serviced and they didn't pick up on it) would recommend and request again when I need something down on the car.
