Nissan Navara Diesel injector leak-off testing

The problem with my fuel system not starting my nissan navara d22 vehicle was not straight forward, but Rob was good at thinking outside of the box and especially talking to me about his thoughts.
I'm a multi skilled engineer myself but not a car mechanic as such, but also good at problem solving.
Between us talking and thinking together about events before my nissan stopped, we got my nissan started, but without Rob I would never of started it!
I was very impressed with Rob's dedication and genuine care about the problem even getting underneath, and checking things to make sure I hadn't missed anything previously.
He was working in fun sun at 45C but this didn't bother him.
So, to sum up his qualities of sincere dedication is very rare these days, and we had an age gap of about 50yrs Between us which was never a problem in communication.

Jordan was a very pleasant lad and knowledgeable.
However, I was not happy with how their central office managed the job...
4 hours late to the booking window with no communication to inform me that they would be late (only once I contacted them was I given a timeline)

Unfortunately myself in the office didn't know about you not being kept updated until you contacted us. This has been raised with the technician and in future will hopefully not happen again.

5 stars from me, good communication, gave the car a quick check over and told me I needed 2 front tyres, (bearing in mind I'd just had it serviced and they didn't pick up on it) would recommend and request again when I need something down on the car.
