Ford Mondeo EGR valve replacement

Initially very poor due to booked for the 5th February, between 2pm and 4pm. I messaged to confirm they were still coming and assured me that where.
Ended up ringing them after a couple of calls said the mechanic had broken down and need to arrange. So not only losing and afternoons income I also had to pay to extend my car hire.
The mechanic himself Rob, was spot on I could not fault him very thorough and explained what he had to do whilst completing the job. He also showed me the part he took off and the issues with it.
This would of been a 5* review but unfortunately I was let down with the initial appointment.

Ford Fiesta Car Won't Start Inspection

Rob was great - communication was perfect. Even though he couldn't fix the issue (it's electrical), he still completed a health check on my car and emailed over the codes for an autoelectrical mechanic to have.

BMW 1 Series Car Won't Start Inspection

Would definitely use the company again! My mechanic - Rob was very thorough. Knowledgeable and friendly... knew all the answers to my car questions! Talked me through each step of problem solving he did exceptional service! Thanks Rob :)

Ford Focus Diesel injector replacement (all)

Rob was first class ,did the job quickly and well ,only took him 2.5 hours to do all four injectors when you qouted 5 hours .And i had to pay for 5 hours labour which i think is a bit unfair when he did the job in 2.5 hours. Happy with the work carried out just not the labour charges.

Thank you for your review, we really appreciate it! As explained we charge manufacturers recommended book time to make it fair for all customers. On the opposite side of this, if we were there 10 hrs you would have still only paid 5. By charging manufacture book time, it is fair for all customers. We hope you understand.
