Work was done as expected. However car now strongly smells of cigarette smoke after the service. Clearly due to pickup driver smoking in the car without permission. Otherwise good service and would never use again because of the strong lingering smell.

Very good work and communication. Though pickup was earlier than stated time - wasn't a problem but glad I'd read other reviews to expect this.

Tariq was Great 😊 collected car serviced and did MOT. Was friendly , polite. Kept me up to date with what was happening.

Overall very happy with the service and job done. The mechanic was friendly and reliable.

However, I would have preferred a heads up that the car was being collected at 06:30am instead of the 8-10am slot advertised. This wasn’t exactly ideal but you can’t deny they got the job done quickly and efficiently. Just a message would have been nice giving us the heads up.

They were great, on time, did the work in good time for a good price and got the car back to me very quickly. Would highly recommend

Communication with the mechanic was clear and very friendly.

Mot done very quickly in a few hours. Very flexible when arranging a time, and delivered the car on time too. I can't say much about the quality of the work, except that I was not overcharged as it happens quite often.

Tariq was great, on time and quick fix. Also was open in sharing the quotes and next items if I am interested in them
