Martin was professional, punctual and knowledgeable. He arrived early for the appointment, having rung first to check this would be okay. The work was good, kept to the price quoted and he answered my question re the car tires and showed me how to tell that the tread is within legal requirements.

Martin was extremely helpful and not only diagnosed the problem, managed to get the brake pad I needed and fix the car same day within a few hours of the original call out time for the diagnosis I had booked. The courtesy call a couple of days later also was very much appreciated. I definitely recommend him.
