Fantastic experience

first class job

Martin has been fantastic and a breath of fresh air. My wife's Fiat 500 had this lingering problem with an intermittent engine light. Twice, the official Fiat garage said that they could find nothing wrong with the car despite the fact that its acceleration was becoming intermittent and dangerous to drive.

Martin isolated the fault during his first visit to a faulty potentiometer in the electronic throttle pedal, ordered the part and fitted it on Good Friday!

I cannot fault his service and skill and would recommend him wholeheartedly. We will definitely be using him in the future.

Fast and efficient

Good service, Martin was very helpful and did a good job. The particular brand of part that we requested was not in stock and another competitive brand was used. The office is very helpful and would take into consideration any particular requests that you may have.
It is very easy to book and very prompt service. It is very convenient and came home so I did not have to get my car towed to a garage.

Friendly, helpful and very good at contacting me when timings had to be adjusted. A positive experience.

Brilliant support and advice, excellent service

Martin arrived as promised, and quickly found the problem. A new part (the alternator) was required. He called on the spot a few suppliers, gave me the cost, and got on with it. Shortly later he returned with the new part, and repaired my car. He clearly knew what he was doing, and at the same time explained it to me in layman's terms. It was a great experience all the way through.

Mr Matin helped me with my problem was very professional and confident spot the problem very quick giving me advise about what to do. Thank youuu

The mechanic took less than 20 minutes to establish the fault.
