The main repair was to replace the clutch on my Punto. This was completed on the nominated day. I also paid for a vehicle health check, and I'm glad I did. They found issues not found in a recent mot (which it passed) and I agreed to this extra work. This solved recent knocking and window wiper problems. Although they were a little late in picking the car up for this second repair this may have reflected my poor IT skills and not seeing updated comments. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service, quality of work and cheerful attitude of the staff. Thanks.

Jamie and the team were outstanding. They collected my car when they said they would, completed the work and returned my car later that day. Whole process was smooth end to end.

Amongst other things I needed to have glow plugs replaced. Previously I had been to Stoneacre in Liverpool who Jeep told me to go to as an approved repairer. They wouldn't complete the work saying the glow plug was seized.

I asked Jamie could they take a look and they were able to do it no bother, and completed that and other repairs within a few hours, my car is now running nice and smooth. So much for Stoneacre. ..
