Nissan Qashqai Alternator replacement

I was happy that they turned the job round quickly. I was disappointed that a new alternator wasn’t fitted rather than stripping down the alternator and replacing certain components - especially as the service cost just under £600.I was looking for a 10 year fix and not a warranty for 12 months!

Throughout our phone calls with myself today and explaining the process and providing yourself with pictures showing every component other then the outercasing being replaced with OEM components you never mentioned this wouldn’t be satisfactory otherwise we would of gone with whatever you would preferred to do ofcourse this may of lead to not as quick of turn around like we achieved today.
It is incredibly unlikely you're going to have any issues moving forward with your alternator however, you can always contact us via click mechanic if you do.
As a gesture we will match the Nissan standard warranty on an new alternator which is 3 years or 60k miles as we are confident in it.

Jamie collected my Corsa within agreed time slot and provided estimate of time needed to replace blower heater fan and resistor. Great communication. Car was dropped off on time and repair completed. Car was clean and tidy. Heater running fine now. He was polite and friendly. Would definitely recommend click mechanic to friends and family.

Friendly,efficient, knowledgeable and professional guy. Although there was a misunderstanding of where my car was told be collected from, we got there in the end. Wasn't the mechanics fault as a message hadn't been passed on .
