Arrived on time and did a excellent job, good communication and friendly. Would recommend.

Managed to change two glow plugs but not the 3rd so still left with the check engine light on. Didn't really offer any solutions other than there are people out there that can get them off

Zeyad called shortly after the mornings slot I'd booked to ask if we could reschedule to later in the day. We rearranged for 1.30 but it was around 3.30 before he arrived due to traffic. Then they had sent him the wrong part so he had to go to a shop to get the right one, which took another couple of hours - but to Zeyad's credit he made sure it was sorted, even though it meant staying into the evening. When he'd been able to get the right part he fixed the car in about 15 mins, so appreciate him getting us back up and running.

Excellent work and knew instantly what the problem was. He showed me son what the problem was with a easy explanation.

Overall an excellent job well done. I would definitely recommend.
