I booked an MOT and full service through ClickMechanic because the price was good and I'd had a positive experience before. Bilal handled the job — he picked up my car in the morning, was friendly, professional, and maintained great communication throughout. He explained the issues clearly, completed the repairs, passed the MOT, and returned the car by the afternoon. The whole process was smooth and very convenient. The repair costs were at the higher end of market rates, but still reasonable for a mobile mechanic with good availability. Overall, I was happy with the service and would recommend Bilal for reliable, hassle-free car care.

Arrived after the agreed timeslot. Found some slightly questionable issues during the MOT and wanted a lot of money for parts eg 40 pound for an 8 pound sump plug. Didn't let me know when they were finished and turned up on the doorstep whilst I was out demanding payment.
