I would prefer not to give any stars to ClickMechanic. The mechanic didn't turn up, he didn't contact me to let me know so the quality was appauling.

Unfortunately, in this instance, I was dealing with account access issues on the ClickMechanic platform, which prevented me from viewing or managing bookings as I normally would. I raised these issues with ClickMechanic directly and have been trying to get them resolved as quickly as possible.
Your feedback is completely valid, and I sincerely apologise again for any trouble this caused.
I take pride in my work and professionalism, and I deeply regret that your experience did not reflect that.
