He is a great guy. He eventually came and performed the diagnostics. Told me about the findings and made recommendations. I will use ClickMechanic again in the near future and will recommend it.

William was very professional, the work was completed in record time at my place of work, all parts removed from the car was taken away to be disposed of via the correct disposal procedures, his explanation of what he had done and what to keep an eye on was very well explained, which he put into laymen's terms for someone who has got a clue about mechanics, thank you very much the car sounds like its self again 😂

William had a friendly attitude, and despite the storm, came in and carried out the repairs. I really appreciate this. The car has had some issues following the repair, with a driving stabilisation error and an engine management light. There is a possibility that the steering wheel angle sensor may need calibrating. Again, I am not entirely sure if this is an issue to do with William or KwikFit where I had a wheel alignment done. A track rod and end replacement was carried out by William. I have no negative remarks about his work ethics, and would recommend for any routine services.

I'd highly recommend william as a go to mechanic. Fixed the issue on site with no problems. Polite and friendly and helpful to a neighbour who asked advice about an issue he had with his car. Very good

William did a great job. As soon as he arrived he saw I had recently had my rear discs and pads done and asked if they were spongy; which they are. So he recommended getting them bled again at the garage I got them fitted at.
My car is really old and there were unforeseen issues that inevitablly came up, but he was great at sourcing parts and rescheduling the necessary extra work. His communication was a little patchy, but it's understandable that he is on the road and darting all over the place to deal with mobile repairs so I forgave him for the slow updates. Luckily I was able to do without the car over a four day period so we managed to easily get everything sorted and this gave time for the crack repair, to oil sump, to properly harden and set. The Mechanic is quite knowledgeable and helpful. He have done diagnostic inspection of the engine as I have requested and advised me what to do regarding the issue. He also pointed out any missing repair that have not been done by the Garage after the accident and he checked if there is any electrical fault.

Yes, extremely helpful and provided useful advise I especially liked when he contacted me, and gave me a detailed diagnostic of the vehicle and his “yellow flags” for me to look into, should I decide to purchase the vehicle. I really appreciated that honesty.
