John was great. He arrived at the time we agreed on. Explained everythinng and pointed out bits to me for my curiosity. We spoke on the phone before he came and it was obvious he did his research on my car. He knew what the car needed and did a great job. He also did all the work on the side of the road.

John arrived at the time arranged, was warm and friendly, and got straight to work fitting a new catalytic convertor on my Citroen C3. He seemed well prepared with his tools and equipment and the work was done tidily. After fitting John took my car for a test drive and everything seemed to be working as expected.

Before John left I tested the car using my own OBD reader and everything seemed fine there also. Since having the part fitted I have done some test driving, including looking at OBD data, and I think the problem I had, which had been ongoing for quite a while, is now fully resolved which is very pleasing for me.
