Yeah great confirmed source of the problem I was having I was rather crossing my fingers that it wasn't the case but I also do not like it when people skirt the issue I prefer it when people are straight up and he was I then had to get on with the work the very next day I'm back up and driving now so worth confirmation before stripping down the car all over again

John phoned in the morning to confirm attendance that day. He turned up on time and got stuck in. He persevered while struggling with a couple of aguementative glow plugs. Job done and parts exchanged successfully. Friendly engineer and recommended.
