Toby did an excellent job, was punctual and very polite. I will certainly be recommending, and using, ClickMechanic in the future :-D

The mechanic did not come on time. He was very late. He did not communicate and his phone was on voice mail most of the time. The clickmechanic portal clearly said that the payment will be collected once the service has been offered but as soon as I added my bank account details on the portal, the payment was collected immediately from my bank account before the service was offered. The payment was collected at about 10:00am when service was due to be delivered at between 2-3pm. I was very frustrated and disappointed at such level of unprofessionalism by clickmechanic.

Jamie was great and really helpful got my car booked in quick and dropped it back off a day earlier so I could get to work easier. When I got it back the car still don’t feel right so he send a mechanic out that day and he sorted it out straight away. Always the cheapest quote I got from anyone.

Very happy came on time and completed the job very quickly many thanks will definetly usexagain

Ben confirmed the arrival time the day before and arrived when expected to collect car for an MOT and service. When the car was returned he explained the advisories and was very friendly. Would happily book with Ben again.

Very happy with the service and the work carried out. My mechanic was friendly and knowledgable. Highly rated. Thank you.

Absolutely excellent. A space became free earlier than I had booked and I was called to see if I wanted it.
The mechanic turned up on time, was polite and professional, and quickly fixed the problem.
Excellent!

More than happy, a check was done on our car and they’ve already been in touch with a quote, I’d highly recommend

Jamie was on time as advised and quickly found the problem and explained the options available. Polite and professional.

Day couldn’t have gone better early first appointment told me what the consequences were of removing and fitting glow plugs. And assured me that he would do his level best for a positive outcome.
All done in 30 minutes no incident perfect

Thanks
