I was happy. My husband and son had reservations regarding the appearance of the mechanic. Got into the car but t shirt covered in oil. Did not put covers over the seats or the steering wheel.

He did a great job, communication was great, but the part was ordered late so it was a day late

Lee was very good explained that the fault is due to stupid 3 ltr tank under the fuel tank he is dealing with the fault

Works carried out satisfactorily by Lee my only issue was that I paid £15 for a booking 08.00-10.00, I was contacted by Lee to say that the parts were not in stock and a later booking was made after 14.00.
It was pretty inconvenient at the time as we had to re plan our day but not sure I should have had to pay the £15

He was quick and communicated when he would arrive, very efficient. It was a diagnostic booking, he jacked my car and recognised thr problem straight away.

Lee was spot on. Called 10 minster before he arrived. Worked cleanly and quickly. Job done in no time. Would definitely recommend.
