Frankesko worked his socks off. It was an absolutely rotten day (for June!!), my car didn't make anything easy. He was a real gentleman. Fab communication right from booking and whilst he was here, he was very prompt and a pleasure to deal with. So glad he was assigned to my car and I would definitely ask him again should I need a repair. Thank you

Frankesko did an amazing job. Not only was he professional but also friendly, he answered all of my questions and completely put my mind at ease. I had been quoted nearly twice as much as Frankesko and I would have had to drop off the car in the morning rush hour and pick it up during evening rush hour. Frankesko fixed the car at my home address on a Saturday saving me all of that hassle. He worked so hard in the extreme heat and I was able to leave him to it whilst I was out and about. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Frankesko and should I need help with my car again he is the first person I would contact for five star service with a smile!.

Hi do you check the windscreen wipers in the price as although I’ve filled it with windscreen wash it doesn’t come out.

Frankesco replaced the clutch on a Skoda at my home, on the driveway. He carefully explained what work he had done with really useful photos along the way. He was very neat and tidy, leaving no mess.

I’m pleased that Frankesko is the mechanic who took on my repair. He was polite, friendly and efficient before, during and after the job. He called to introduce himself and check in when he took on the task, communicated his time of arrival clearly and then spent time making sure I was happy on e the job was done. He also tool video of the work and shared it with me afterwards, which was nice. I’d happily work with him again if the occasion comes up.
