Vims got in touch the day before to pick up the A4 for service and MOT, he picked up the car the night before, which helped both ways. The car was returned the next day by 1pm. All sorted with minimal effort.

Very happy with the work was on time and stayed in contact throughout the day. He knew the engine he was working on as well which is a plus.

The mechanic was friendly enough and took the car away to be looked at, when they brought they car back they told me 4 seals had blown and an internal seal which would result in a £1200 bill. I knew this was incorrect . I took it to another mechanic who told me only one seal had blown and would cost £103. I have since had that seal fixed and the car is working fine. Further more the car was covered in tree sap after being told it had been on the ramp for 3 days. And to make matters worse i have always looked after the car and care for it, but when it was returned there is considerable damage to the bottom skirt. All in all i am extreamly unhappy. Read more
