The mechanic from V R Autotech was excellent. Arrived nice and early, was friendly and efficient. Everything completed in less than an hour and a half. Showed me the parts replaced. Cheers.

Mechanic arrived bang on time, and got straight to it, and in two hours he was done, timing belt and water pump replaced. Was very friendly to talk with.

He seemed like a decent lad but I'm really concerned that the work was carried out in extremely wet weather with no cover to protect the engine. Apparently this is an extreme red flag for engine longevity. I'm now really anxious as to whether any damage was done
