I am totally disappointed to hear from the
Mechanic that full service means replace oil filter, engine oil & air filter. He took about half an hour to complete the work and you changed £209. 00.
How can I recommend Click mechanic to anyone?
Is this what you call a full service? I am not sure whether the click mechanic mislead me or the actual mechanic mislead me. Same click mechanic gave me a quote of £230 to do a full detailed service.
I think this is a joke.

Good afternoon, as already explained, a full service on click mechanic involves a checklist along with replacing the engine oil, oil filter & air filter. This was explained to yourself at the time of repair. We cannot simply just add extra filters and work onto the job without yourself upgrading to a major service. Please take more care next time you book through click mechanic as there are several different services on offer. Fuel filters, cabin filters and the additional work requested would fall under a major service which is not what was booked.
We cannot be expected to just fit extra filters at the time of service without the booking being amended as this would incur additional costs that we cannot be expected to cover.
I hope this clears up the service you have received a little more. Thankyou.
