Richard was brilliant, he came to do repairs on my car, he showed me the new parts that were going on, and how they worked, he also showed me the parts that he took off and showed me the wear and tear which was the problem. Car has been running great since so a big thank you to Richard.

Richard was very polite and friendly. He phoned at 8.14pm yesterday evening and said that he was coming close to us to drop some keys off and could come to do a diagnostic inspection on our car if that was convenient or were we busy, He arrived within the time given and was friendly and professional, getting on with the inspection as soon as he was given the keys. He talked to my husband, saying that he would call Ford this morning, and told him what he perceived to be the problem, which would be a fairly easy thing to replace.
We had a phone call this morning, as promised, and he said what Ford called the switch, that he had ordered it, arriving tomorrow, and that he would be in touch to arrange a time and day to fit the new switch.
