Richard absolutely smashed it. Needed an oil change and filter change in a pinch. Not only did he get the job done, he checked my brakes and a few other bits as well. Didn’t have to do that - legend. Just a genuinely kind and helpful lad.

Richard was absolutely brilliant! Communication was spot on from the start, and he even arrived early and just got started straight away. He had everything he needed with him and solved the issue quickly and efficiently. What really stood out was that he also took the time to point out a few other potential problems we should keep an eye on, which was really helpful. We honestly wish we hadn’t wasted time with a big company beforehand – using ClickMechanic and getting Richard was a far better experience (plus cheaper!). Can’t thank him enough for making the whole process so smooth – highly recommended!.

Great communication. Rang us 15 mins before he was due for arrival to let us know he was on the way. Got straight on with the work and took time to show us the part removed and what was wromg with it. Richard took it for a test run after work completed and asked us to do the same to make sure we were happy before he left. Very happy and will recommend to others. Thank you Richard

Great bloke - made a real effort to get to the bottom of the diagnosis. Explained everything in detail, took time to properly investigate the issue, double checked his work to find evidence online of same issues, provided resolution to fix.

Richard is a terrific guy. He came to compkete a diagnostic. He explained and showed me the issues in a way non mechanics can understand and was very transparent about costs. Thank you so much. Richard was brilliant, friendly and knew what he was doing. Was great not to have to coordinate leaving car at garage for a small issue as we live in the sticks.

Richard went above and beyond my expectations. He was excellent in his knowledge , very thorough and I would 110% recommend this chap.
We didnt manage to solve the problem but he made sure he didn't leave until we had at least identified it.
