Daniel is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We had the late appointment issue due to the accident on the way to my location where had no mobile signal. But they managed to turn up late in the dark and rain. He was sincerely apologise for their late and promised they will get my car done as quick as possible even in the dark evening.
I accepted their apologies and understood there is nothing they can control.
They did their job fast and promptly. Unfortunately there is another issue about the supplier have sent them the wrong size break disc. They had to come back to my place next day from far after they exchanged the correct break disc in the early morning.
Finally they have completed the job and I was happy about the outcome.

Work was carried out within the time frame of the appointment. Daniel communicated well with what he was doing, and shared advice about using the brakes initially as they settled in.

Daniel was brilliant, he first came out and was unable to do the job as I had the wrong wheel nut lock! Told me what I needed to do and said he would come back to complete. Got that sorted and sent a message to say it was done, Daniel was in the area the day after the message was sent and came and got the job done!
