Dan done a cracking job. Fixing an issue he wasn’t expecting. Came early, doesn’t mind chatting. Would definitely use Dan again.

only gave 3 stars as it wont let me post without scoring. he arrived when he should have was polite etc but it seems no check was made to ensure the car was operating.

Daniel was friendly, and completed the work quickly and efficiently. He then explained about my brakes and what he had done.

The mechanic was friendly and the brake discs and pads were replaced quickly and correctly. Overall, the job quality was good.

However, all wheel bolts were tightened with an impact driver, which caused excessive tightening. I later had to remove a wheel and could barely loosen the bolts. This is not best practice and wheel bolts should be torqued correctly with a torque wrench for safety and future maintenance.

Apart from this issue, I was satisfied with the service.

Daniel was great - he unfortunately couldn't get the part as early as he's intended to circumstances outside his control but was communicative, helpful, then did the work really fast when he arrived. Would highly recommend.
