Im very very happy with the work carried out on my car excellent service ,my car is lovely to drive now .plus a bonus it was £100 cheaper than quoted.plus picked up the next day, great service all around would highly recommend to family and friends top class . It was well over half the price cheaper than i was quoted by someone else .

Collecting my car was easy and fuss free. I was called and notified when they would arrive. Only thing was it took longer than expected but I could have called to check the status and there was a delay at the MOT centre. Would highly recommend.

The problem was identified and fixed. Since it wasn't possible to confirm what the problem (electrical) was during the one-hour appointment, the mechanic arranged to collect the car the next morning. I was told that this would not involve any extra cost and that I would be asked before any extra costs would be incurred. However, while the car was away I received an email saying I had been charged for the switch that needed replacing and for an extra half-hour of labour. While I probably would have agreed to this if I had been asked, I was annoyed that I hadn't been asked, particularly in the light of what the man said the previous day.
