Bogdan was very helpful. He turned up when he said he would, did the work he said he would do, checked the prices of additional parts with me and brought the car back when he said he would. You can’t say fairer than that. Our car had been SORN for a number of months: in 24 hours Bogdan had it running, MoT’d and repaired.
